Natural Language SQL is a prototype national bike registry. It connects bicycle serial numbers with their owners and uses a conversational interface to search and update the registry.

How it works

The project combines a Go service, a MariaDB/MySQL database, and a small web interface. The prototype supplies the database schema with each user prompt so an AI model can generate the SQL query, run it, and explain the result. The interface also shows the current database tables and the SQL activity behind each response.

The original implementation used ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo. It was built as an experiment in applying natural-language tools to a structured database.
